Contact and Corrections

A casino review is only as good as its last update. If you've spotted something on Winners Lobby that's wrong or out of date, I want to hear about it. This page explains how to get in touch, what to include and what happens after you do.

How to Get in Touch

The easiest way to reach me is by email at [email protected]. Every message is read, whether it's a correction, a question about a review, a commercial enquiry or a request about your personal data. I won't reply to requests for paid placements disguised as corrections.

I aim to reply within 3 working days. Corrections that affect a welcome offer or a withdrawal term get looked at first, since those are the details people act on.

Reporting a Correction

A correction is easiest to check when it comes with a few details. Tell me which page you were reading and what looks wrong. If the casino's terms say something different, a link to that page or a screenshot of it helps most. Corrections are checked against the casino's own terms before anything on the site changes, and the review is updated once the change is confirmed.

Complaints About a Casino

Winners Lobby doesn't run any casino, so I can't release a withdrawal, reopen an account or settle a dispute. What I can tell you is the route that usually works. Start with the casino's own complaints process, in writing, and keep every reply. Sometimes that doesn't resolve it within the time the casino's terms allow. Every casino licensed by the Gambling Commission then has to give you access to an independent adjudicator, named in its terms.

The Gambling Commission doesn't decide individual disputes, but it does want to hear when a licensed casino isn't following its rules. If a pattern of complaints about a casino reviewed here reaches me, it goes into that casino's review.
